BOOTH SPACE INFORMATION

(1)

ALL booths are to be set up and ready by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2011

(2)

Each party is responsible for their own set-up, display, and for their own clean up.

(3)

Space allotted is approximately 15 feet by 15 feet. (If more space is needed, please inquire prior to September 8, 2011

(4)

No electrical outlets will be provided.
No tables will be provided.

(5)

Each party is responsible for their own booth "security", from set up until time of departure or removal of booth.

(6)

Booths are to be removed by no later than NOON on Monday, October 10, 2011

(7)

Booth rental is $50.00 (for 1 person/group/company).
