 The World Premiere of a new anthology, Kentucky: Poets of Place, will take place during the 2012 KENTUCKY WRITERS DAY CELEBRATION on Sunday, April 22 at Historic Penn's Store.   The book contains MAJOR Kentucky writers and will be premiered between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. 

Kentucky: Poets of Place, a new anthology published by The Elizabeth Madox Roberts Society and edited by Matthew Nickel, includes poems by famous Kentucky writers like Wendell Berry, Elizabeth Madox Roberts, Robert Penn Warren, H. R. Stoneback, and others (Dave Smith, Matthew Haughton, Ricardo Nazario y Colon, Ron Smith, Vivian Shipley, Jessica Conti, Gregg Neikirk, Shawn Rubenfeld, Chris Paolini, Chris Lawrence, Matthew Nickel ).  Some of the poets included in the anthology will be reading during the afternoon.   

The last day of the 2012 KWD CELEBRATION weekend begins at Noon, Sunday, April 22.  See you there!
